Heart of America Affiliate of ANPD
The Heart of America Affiliate of ANPD has shown innovation and creative use of resources to meet various learning needs of area nurse educators and staff development personnel. The affiliate provides ongoing programs which continue to evolve to meet the current trends and needs of our educators to promote personal and professional development.
The Heart of America Affiliate of ANPD was chartered in 2006 and has demonstrated innovation and leadership in meeting the needs of its members. It promotes membership in the professional organization at the local and national levels in the specialty of nursing education and professional development. Affiliate leadership recognizes that the nursing shortages and aging of our profession includes the specialty of nursing education and actively works to attract new nurses to the specialty, as well as meet ongoing education and development needs for all current members.
The Heart of America Affiliate has developed a website for virtual communication among its members and prospective educators. On behalf of the HOA ANPD, we welcome you to our website and look forward to meeting your needs.
